Titan is not a chatbot and not a single model. It is the runtime and governance layer around models, tools, memory, retrieval, authority, verification, receipts, and deployment state.

The core thesis: LLMs and transformers are becoming interchangeable engines. The hard production problem is governing what they answer, which tools they use, what evidence they cite, what they are allowed to do, and whether the deployed system still matches source control.
